Former senior corporate executive with in-house equity and IR experience
- VP, Capital Markets & IR and Head of U.S. Operations, IHS Towers, 2020-2023
- IHS is a leading global independent cell tower operator, listed on the NYSE, with significant operations in Nigeria (#1), South Africa (#1), Brazil (#3) and 6 other emerging markets in Africa, South America and the Middle East, generating ~$1B in EBITDA.
- Led the IHS IPO (raising $378M) and the equity capital markets function, established the investor relations group, opened the NY office and ran U.S. operations
Veteran ECM banker and former securities lawyer
- Executed hundreds of equity deals as a banker, including M&A and debt transactions as a coverage officer, with additional experience as a securities and corporate finance attorney
- Prior to leading Rothschild's Equity Advisory business, served as an equity capital markets investment banker on the desks of Credit Suisse, UBS and Jefferies for 14 years following 3 years of corporate legal practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett
